What are the payment options?

You can choose from a variety of payment options to suit your business – either opting to spread the cost through monthly payments by direct debit or annually by BACs transfer or credit card.

Can I cancel my contract at any time? Are there any additional costs?

In most cases, you will be tied in for the duration of your contract. If you are struggling to make payments or have concerns continuing with your contract, please contact your dedicated Client Manager.

I’m currently with another provider, how do I switch to WorkNest?

Our unique Transitional Period Support makes moving to WorkNest smooth and risk-free. When you sign up with us, you can begin running down the clock with your previous advisers while bringing any new matters to us, and for all Employment Law queries you can rest assured that all advice will be indemnified. Even better, your payments with WorkNest won’t start until they have stopped with your existing provider.

What are the contract lengths available?

Contracts are three or five years in length. If you opt for a five-year contract, you can save up to 5%. The minimum contract length we offer for our unlimited, fixed-fee Employment Law and HR Advisory service is three years. Should you need support for a shorter period of time, take a look at our HR Consultancy support packages.

Can I upgrade my service at a later date?

Yes, you can upgrade to the following subscription plans by speaking to a member of our New Business team: Unlimited, fixed-fee Health & Safety service LearningNest Pro – giving you access to 275+ e-Learning courses PeopleNest Pro – a powerful, all-in-one HR system If you’re an existing client and would like to know more about our combined service and software enhancements, please contact your dedicated Client Manager.

Can I use the software applications on any device?

Yes, all of our software applications are designed to provide a great user experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

It’s worth noting that we place our LEI with a reputable and entirely independent FCA-regulated insurer. This allows us to provide advice that isn’t overly restrictive, and which has only your best interests in mind.
