Paman Singh, Head of Litigation
Glasgow
Paman heads up our Litigation Team at WorkNest and has been with us since starting his traineeship in 2015. He oversees the team’s work in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal, providing guidance and dealing with urgent issues as necessary.
Paman also maintains a significant case load of his own and can routinely be found in Employment Tribunals around the UK. He has built up an experience of dealing with cases for our clients and is attuned to identifying the key issues in any case. He replicates this in his advisory work and maintains a portfolio of clients, who rely upon him for pragmatic, yet creative solutions.
Paman is also a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Employment Law Committee and the Employment Lawyers Association’s Race and Equality Committee. And as if that wasn’t enough, he also tutors on the University of Strathclyde’s Diploma in Legal Practice, for those about to embark upon a legal traineeship.
